Established in 2008, Kolkata Toastmasters Club (KTM) is Eastern India’s oldest community Toastmasters club, carrying forward a legacy of over 15 years in fostering exceptional communicators and inspiring leaders. What began with 21 dedicated charter members has evolved into a vibrant platform where individuals find their voice, unlock their leadership potential, and build lasting connections. KTM is more than a club; it’s a dynamic ecosystem that nurtures confidence, cultivates resilience, and celebrates growth at every step.

Our commitment to excellence has earned KTM global recognition, proudly ranking 29th and 44th among Toastmasters Clubs worldwide for the term 2023-24 and 2022-23 respectively. At Kolkata Toastmasters, we don’t just speak—we inspire, we lead, and we empower each other to achieve greatness.

Toastmasters International is a global organization that helps people develop communication and leadership skills. Members prepare and deliver speeches, respond to questions, and give and receive feedback. They can practice in a supportive community or corporate environment.

Toastmasters International has over 270000 members worldwide. The nonprofit organization has members in more than 14000 clubs in 149 countries.
